Mindful mental wellness: A Yoga and herbal medicine workshop for coping with stress and anxiety!
In our society people often medicate against the symptoms of poor mental health. Pharmaceuticals, Alcohol and recreational drugs are some of the tools offered to us.
We invite you to a very special, three hour collaborative workshop in which we will look at natural and powerful techniques, using the body and herbs, to combat symptoms of anxiety, stress, depression and fatigue.
Yasmina and Jonny believe passionately in the power of natural healing. They both work to create a holistic approach to tackling these common issues, aiming to empower each individual with some healthy, natural and effective tools to cope with modern life.
- 3 hour workshop of Yoga and experiential herb tasting, with a seminar on how to cope, treat, survive and thrive with mental illness.
